Summit Retreat
The coach retreat really was a huge success… and we are still seeing the ripple effects of it.

The coaches are working together as a unified team better than we have seen in quite some time. The walls of broken relationships, differences, and misunderstandings that once existed, hampering their ability to function as a solid team, have crumbled! As a staff we have been so overwhelmed (in the good way!) by the amount of support they are giving each other. We are encouraged even by the increased amount of laughter that we hear and smiles that we see!

With these already obvious ripples, we are eagerly anticipating the many more that are sure to surface in the weeks and months down the road! Even with the inevitable storms to come, we will be reminded of such a tremendous milestone, and will weather the storms better than ever before.

They really are. They work hard. I don’t even think they realize they’re the ones changing their students lives for the kingdom.

    Amen!

I’m from Liberia, west Africa but currently living in Canada.

Just want to say thanks to the founders, staff, missionary team and volunteers of Thrive Africa for the great work in the advancement of the kingdom of God in Africa.
Continue to bask in the blessings of the Lord!

I understand how hard it is to leave your comfort zones and move to place(s) of not enough but when God gives vision, he makes provision.

There is no price tag to what you’re doing but one thing is sure, your rewards are eternal.

I look forward to joining this team of people that i believe in my spirit understand the part of the scripture that says, “seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you”.
I’m a journalist by profession but studying to teach english as a second language and hopefully will be done by the end of summer.
