On the Board

Every Wednesday we gather together—all the staff and interns—for corporate prayer. We write ministry and personal prayer requests on a white board and then we spend time talking to God about them. Here are a few things that have been on the board lately:

  • Ministry supporters - blessing, favor, wisdom
  • 2008 interns as they prepare to head home
  • 2009 interns as they prepare to come here
  • Rain (we’re in the middle of a drought)
  • Increase in monthly support
  • LaunchPad and Leadership Summit students as the term wraps up
  • Health and safety for our entire team
  • Wisdom and discernment for Niel and I as we lead

Will you join us in praying for these things this week?

    Thanks for sharing this, I love that you write this all on the board and pray.

    And, Alece, I THINK you know how to pray for rain in Africa. I might have to come over there and sing / pray it with you. (You do know what I’m talking about, right?)

    I pray for rain to come and wash away….
