God Is Showing Up

Each week after our Leadership Summit classes, the coaches share stories with us about how God is showing up in their classes. This week, Busisiwe and Mapuleng had stories to share:
Busiswe’s eyes lit up as she described how God is working through her, “I thank God for everything that He does for me when I teach.” Busisiwe shared that her preparations for Leadership Summit extend beyond learning curriculum and teaching strategies, to including God in every part of the process.
Mapuleng shared with us, “Over the holidays I took my time to pray for them (naughty students) so that they could change, be new persons.” She knew that those students could be reached only through the power of prayer. “In class this time they are very quiet and listen.” Mapuleng recognized this as an answer to her prayers, “It’s nothing I have done, but God working through me.”
